Qualifications

To qualify for our apartment homes at The Standard at Boswell Marketplace, all applicants need to meet the standard rental requirements and not exceed the rent limits per the respective number of person(s) living in the home. Please see the qualifications tab below for more information.

In order to ensure that all applicants are appropriately and fairly selected for the next available unit, please follow the steps to apply below.

1.Download, complete, and sign the following documents:

Reference the tenant selection plan for specific income limit guidelines

that correspond to the program.

2. Pay application fee.

3. Submit the completed and signed documents:
