In order to ensure that all applicants are appropriately and fairly selected for the next available unit, please follow the steps to apply below.

1.Download, complete, and sign the following documents:

• Rental Application

• Supplemental Application for Affordable Housing

• Signed Tenant Selection Plan

Reference the tenant selection plan for specific income limit guidelines

that correspond to the program.

2. Pay application fee.

3. Submit the completed and signed documents:

• By email: Email standardboswell@resprop.com and use subject line: (Last Name, First Name - Application for affordable Unit)

• By mail: Send to 8861 Old Decatur Rd, Fort Worth, TX 76179

• In person: Drop off at the leasing office located at 3100 Hamilton Ave. Fort Worth, TX 76107

We have limited availability of affordable housing units, any application emailed to us and not processed will be added to our waitlist if income falls within the Fort Worth County Income limits.
